In January 2025, Ideagen's Healthcare Guardian implementation projects were stalling. Customers had not heard from project teams for months, deadlines were slipping, and poor processes had led to numerous escalations and frustrated clients. The delivery function needed urgent intervention.
MooodyCow deployed an experienced team of senior project managers and solution consultants to restore order and rebuild trust. They integrated quickly with Ideagen's staff, stepped directly into live project delivery, and built a working partnership strong enough that a MooodyCow consultant was subsequently appointed as Ideagen's Head of Delivery for Healthcare Guardian.
